Almost everyone is welcome! This project is for those who believe in building community and the power of local commerce. Your legal form doesn’t matter, nor whether you have a physical store or sell from home — what truly matters is your commitment to your community.

There are just a few exceptions: we don’t work with hospitality or hotel businesses unless they have a strong social component. We focus on micro-businesses and small shops (no franchises), and make an exception for cooperatives, which may be a bit bigger but share our values of solidarity economy and social transformation.

You don’t need to register to browse the platform, but you will need an account to make purchases, save favorites, or chat with shops.

Each shop lists its delivery options in its profile. You can see whether they offer home delivery, in-store pickup, or neighborhood delivery. If you have questions, you can use the chat to ask the shop directly.

Some shops have online payment enabled directly on Vuélvete Local, while others use different methods (Bizum, cash on delivery, etc.). This is indicated on each product or service listing.

Vuélvete Local doesn’t directly intervene in purchases, but you can contact the shop via their profile to resolve any issues. If you don’t get a response or need more help, feel free to reach out to us.

Shops update their catalog as frequently as possible. If a product is listed as available, it should be purchasable. If you're unsure, use the chat or ask about stock before buying.

Yes. If you create an account, you can save shops and products as favorites to easily access them later.

Returns depend on each shop. Some accept returns or exchanges, others don’t. You can check their policy on their profile or message them via the chat before buying to be sure.

Contact the shop as soon as possible via their profile to report the issue. Most are happy to resolve it directly with you. If you don’t get a response or need help, you can contact us through the contact form.

Each shop handles its own exchanges and refunds. Vuélvete Local doesn’t intervene directly, but we’re here to help if the shop doesn’t respond or you encounter issues.

Hopefully that won’t happen, but if it does, please contact us via the contact section. We’ll review the case and, if necessary, take measures to prevent it from happening again.

Vuélvete Local promotes trust-based relationships between people and shops. While we are not a legal intermediary in purchases, we ensure that shops meet their commitments. If you have a serious issue, reach out to us and we’ll help you handle it.
