Almost everyone is welcome! This project is designed for those who believe in building community and the strength of local commerce. Your legal status or whether you have a physical store or sell from home does not matter: what truly counts is your commitment to your community.

There are just a few exceptions: we do not work with businesses in the hospitality or hotel sector unless they have a very strong social component. We focus on microenterprises and small businesses (no franchises), and we make an exception for cooperatives, which although they might be a bit bigger, share our values of solidarity economy and social transformation.

Of course! Vuélvete Local is for all those businesses, artists, and professionals who build community. We understand that not all businesses need a physical space open to the public and that nowadays access to such a space is not easy, so don’t hesitate to join even if you only offer online services.

On the map, we recommend placing an approximate location of the area where you operate, and on your profile simply do not check the box 'I have a commercial storefront.'

Yes, Vuélvete Local will charge a sales commission of 2% + €0.25.

For now, deliveries are managed by each business as they prefer: in-store pickup, own delivery, etc. But we are working on offering a logistics solution very soon.

We help you through the entire process. From creating your profile to uploading your catalog if you already have it done. You don’t need to know anything technical.

No, Vuélvete Local is also designed for businesses that do not sell online. If you want to gain visibility in your neighborhood and be discovered by nearby people, you can use the platform to appear on the map, answer inquiries via chat, and participate in our local communication campaigns. Even without an online store, you can take orders, answer questions, or schedule pickups easily.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your Stripe account through the following link: Manage my subscription on Stripe.

There you can unsubscribe from the Vuélvete Local service plan you chose. If you prefer, you can also write to us at info@vuelvetelocal.com and we will take care of managing your cancellation for you.

After the free year, your access to all full features will end. If you want to continue selling or enjoying all the tools, you can subscribe to a paid plan.

In any case, you can stay on the free plan if you prefer: you will remain visible on the map and can chat with customers.

We will not charge anything automatically when the year ends. We will notify you in advance so you can decide. If we do not receive a response, you will automatically switch to the free plan at no cost.

At Vuélvete Local, we do not charge any registration fee. We ask for your bank account only to be able to transfer your earnings when you sell through our platform.

We do not make any charges to your account: we only use this information to pay your sales or, if you prefer, to manage your possible subscriptions in the future.
