1. Definitions

• User: Natural or legal person who accesses the Service.
• Buyer: User who acquires products or services.
• Merchant: User who offers products or services.
• Parties: Buyers, Merchants, and Vuélvete Local.

2. Acceptance of the Conditions

Use of Vuélvete Local implies full acceptance of these Conditions. If you disagree with any point, do not use the Service.

3. Object of the Service

Vuélvete Local is a marketplace that connects Buyers and Merchants. We act as a technological platform and are not part of the sales contract.

4. Registration and Account

To access some features, you must register. You are responsible for keeping your information truthful and your account secure.

5. Posting Ads

Merchants may manage ads with description, images, price, taxes, shipping, and returns. It is prohibited to post illegal content or infringing third-party rights.

6. Transactions and Commissions

We apply a commission of 2% + €0.25 on the net amount of each sale. Payments are processed via Stripe, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Merchants receive funds within 3–7 business days.

7. Shipping and Returns

• Each Merchant defines their shipping conditions and deadlines.
• If none specified, free in-store pickup or standard shipping applies.
• Right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days from receipt.

8. Data Protection and Cookies

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Content, trademarks, and software of the Service belong to Vuélvete Local or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Liability

We do not guarantee the truthfulness, quality, or suitability of products. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the Service.

11. Mediation

We offer mediation in disputes between Buyers and Merchants. Our role is to facilitate good-faith dialogue.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious breaches. Users can delete their accounts by contacting info@vuelvetelocal.com.

13. Force Majeure

Neither Vuélvete Local nor the User are liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

14. General Provisions

If any clause is invalid, the rest remain valid. These Conditions, together with the Privacy and Cookies Policies, constitute the entire agreement.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law, and courts in Barcelona have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
